Bring along any floor plans, images, or inspiration you have - even a Pinterest board helps. The more we understand your taste and goals, the more seamlessly we can align the design direction from the start.
Timelines vary depending on the scope, but most small to medium projects run between 8-16 weeks from concept to final documentation. Furniture and procuring all the elements can extend the timeline based on supplier lead times.
Absolutely. We offer a full furniture, finishes, and fixtures service. We assist with delivery, local storage during the delivery phase and installation; costs TBA pending scope.
Your design fee covers a set number of revisions per stage to ensure the process stays focused and efficient. If additional time is required, we’ll always discuss this with you upfront so there are no surprises.
We keep all project communication clear and centralised via email and scheduled meetings with one nominated point of contact. Our studio hours are 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and we aim to reply to all messages within 1-2 business days.
We frequently deliver interior design services remotely and can easily conduct consultations and design reviews via video meetings. For regional projects, we’ll advise on travel arrangements if site visits are required.
